Schedule a phone call with one of our outdoor kitchen designers. We start by listening to your needs, style preferences, vision and budget for your outdoor kitchen.
We will discuss our design process, what it is like to work with us, and answer any questions you may have about what to expect.
Once you are ready to move forward, the process will begin by sending us the dimensions, photos and architectural drawings (if available) of your outdoor space. We will design the kitchen to include the appliances and features you request, within the space available. Your design document will include, in both print and electronic copy:
Our process removes the guess work from your outdoor kitchen design. It ensures you know what your outdoor room will look like in the end and how it will fit in your space before you purchase anything.
We schedule a video conference to review your design. We will go over every component in your design to make sure it reflects your preferences. Where multiple options are offered, we will explain the pros and cons of each option, and help you make the selection that best meets your needs.
Most orders are delivered within six to eight weeks of finalizing the design and placing your order.
Most of the cabinets, furniture and appliances sold by Riviera Outdoor Decor require only minimal assembly. We will provide a punch list of services that may be required to complete the installation of your outdoor kitchen, such as plumbing, electrical and countertops. Most remote customers prefer to hire their own preferred local contractors for these services.
