At Riviera Outdoor Décor, we are truly a family owned business of both designers and engineers who are specially trained in outdoor living not only in design but marine grade construction with specialized CEUs in outdoor living and kitchens.
As coastal residents, we have experienced the feeling of emptying our wallet continuously replacing outdoor furnishings. Through years of experience and field testing, we have developed a curated collection of coastal outdoor furniture and kitchens. Our designers are specially trained in outdoor living not only in design but construction with specialized CEUs in outdoor living and kitchens.
Lead designer and owner of Riviera OutdoorDécor
Melissa is a graduate of the New York School of Interior Design. She holds a Master of Science from Texas A&M, Magna Cum Laude; Bachelor of Business, Texas A&M, Finance and Accounting. Specialized training in the construction of outdoor living products from the CHF Academy. All CEUs are current for both outdoor kitchens and outdoor living.
Melissa has been honored four times- 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2024 to receive the highly coveted and esteemed International (IWCE)/Vision/GraceAwards In addition, Melissa has had her designs published numerous times in both national and local media. Lead Engineer
Mark is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri with dual degrees in Chemical Engineering and System Science and Mathematics, Summa Cum Laude.
If something needs to be done that appears extremely difficult, requires precision and seems impossible, Mark is who we turn to. We credit Mark for the engineering behind the wind-resistant outdoor curtains.
Design Assistant and Studio Manager
DIane bring a vast experience of design, management and real estate experience. Diane is an integral part of our Riviera Outdoor Decor and Resorts

We are the proud three time recipients of the coveted and highly competitive (IWCE)/Vision Magazine award for 2018, 2019 & 2020. IWCE/Vision Magazine is the "Academy Awards" for custom home decor.
Our notable win in 2019 recognized our innovations in wind-resistant outdoor curtains as feautured on the wall of our design office.
