We have developed and refined a successful design process, to deliver the outdoor kitchen you have dreamed of. Read our four step process below.
Book an appointment to view our beautiful outdoor showroom and sample room. You will view full size samples of industry-leading cabinets and appliances, selected to meet the rigors of our coastal environment.
One of our expert outdoor kitchen designers/engineers will personally guide you, take the time to listen to your vision, goals and budget for your outdoor kitchen. We will review the many options for outdoor kitchens and appliances that are available ranging from good, better to best.
Afterwards, we will meet in our sample room to discuss finishes and other options.
We will discuss our design process, and answer any questions you may have about what to expect.
One you decide to move forward, we will come to your location, and take photographs and detailed measurements of your outdoor space.
Next, we will design the kitchen to include the appliances and features you request, within the space available. Your design documents will include, in both print and electronic copy:
Our process ensures that we have removed the guesswork. You will know exactly how your outdoor kitchen will look and how it will fit and function in your outdoor space.
We charge a fixed price for the design service, which will be quoted to you at the outset, and depends on the scope of your project. We credit half of the design fee back toward your purchase of cabinets, furniture and appliances.
After we have finished the design, we will schedule a meeting in our studio to review the design with you. You will be able to see 3D images of your space from different angles. We will carefully explain all selections and options, and listen to your feedback.
If revisions are needed, we will update the documents before final approval. We take care to make sure you are delighted with the design before you place your order.
Most orders are ready within six weeks of finalizing the design and placing your order.
Riviera Outdoor Decor will deliver and assemble all components, and remove any packing materials and debris. We will provide a punch list of services that may be required to complete the installation of your outdoor kitchen, such as plumbing, electrical and countertops. We work closely with third-party contractors to make sure your entire installation goes smoothly.
